Can I join the tour even with a wheelchair?

Regarding the bus tour, you can join it when you accept the following conditions. Except the bus tour, we use the public transportation, so we don't accept your joining because of the safety reason.

【Conditions to join】

  • Joining with someone who help you
  • Being able to get in and out of the coach without a wheelchair
  • Your wheelchair is foldable. Please note that you might not be able to visit all sightseeing spots. (There are some places where you can't enter with a wheelchair.)

Is vegetarian meal and halal meal served on a tour?
Also can I ask my allergy request?

Regarding a vegetarian meal, we offer it on all tours except "Sagano Bamboo & Arashiyama Walking Tour(with lunch)."(It might be Shojin Ryori or buffet style meal.) Please request it when you book a tour. Regarding allergy, it depends. (It might not be accepted.) Please request it when you book a tour. Regarding halal meal, we don't offer.

Do you offer any guiding tour except English?

We offer only English guiding tour.

How can I pay for my booking by cash? Wechat pay? Ali Pay?

We only accept credit card for payment. The card must be your own (passengers who will join the tour) only.
If you want to pay by cash, please go to your nearest JTB store or Kansai Tourist Information Center.

How do I check the availability?

First, fill out the booking form, and then our operator will contact you within 24 hours.

Do you offer a special price for students, or seniors or group rate?

We don’t offer special price.
The price is as stated on our website.

Can I get a discount if I book more tours with you?

We don’t offer a bulk discount for tours.

Can I make an adjustment to the itinerary?

All tours on our website cannot be adjusted.
