JTB Official Tour

• A single application allows for a maximum of one person for the Single Plan and a maximum of two people (including the lead applicant) for the Twin Plan.
• Even tickets listed as "sold out" may go on sale again if the customer who originally applied cancels.
• Applications and inquiries are accepted only through the dedicated tour desk.
• We do not accept applications by telephone, fax, mail, or at JTB stores nationwide.
• Please apply only after checking the entire Terms & Conditions displayed on the application page.
• Please refrain from duplicate applications intended to increase your chances of winning. Regardless of whether you are the representative or a companion, duplicate entries may result in all relevant entries being invalidated.
• If you wish to change information of your application during the entry period, you may re-apply. However, an email address once used for an entry cannot be used again for a second or subsequent entry. Please re-enter with a different email address.
• Hotel designations are not accepted (Decisions will be made by JTB.) We are also unable to accept requests. We kindly ask for your understanding.
• If the number of participants falls below the minimum, the tour may be cancelled. In that case, we will contact you no later than 14 days in advance. We appreciate your understanding.
• Detailed tour information will be provided in the Final Notice sent to the representative.
• The "Final Notice" regarding this tour will be sent by email approximately 7 to 10 days before departure.
• Please configure your settings in advance so that you can receive emails from the "@jtb.com" domain.
• Be sure to apply using an email address that can receive attachments.

• Admission Tickets will be handed to you at hotel check-in.
• Please note that if you cancel the tour, the event ticket will also be canceled.
• Seats (seat numbers) for the Admission Ticket cannot be designated.
• Please note that it is not guaranteed that guests who apply together will be seated together.
• It is not possible to purchase only the admission ticket for this tour.
• Unless the event is cancelled, the prescribed cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation of the travel contract by the customer.
• In the case of cancellation due to a change in event guests, the tour fee will not be refunded. The prescribed cancellation fee will be charged.

• Photography and video recording are permitted within the event venue, except for the stage area and specific zones where photography is prohibited. However, even in permitted areas, please refrain from using selfie sticks or tripods, using flash, or recording video while walking. Please note that you may be asked to refrain from photography depending on crowd conditions on the day of the event.
• Please be aware that there are specific areas within the venue where photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited.
• When taking photos or videos, please exercise caution to avoid infringing upon the portrait rights or other rights of other attendees (e.g., by capturing them in your shots).
• Live streaming or broadcasting of this event by attendees is strictly prohibited.
• If you have obtained prior permission from the organizers to photograph or broadcast the event, you must wear the designated PRESS armband at all times. Broadcasting activities are strictly prohibited without a PRESS armband.
• Please refrain from photography for commercial purposes unless authorized by the organizers.
• Please be aware that media coverage and video streaming will take place at the venue during the event. Photographs and videos taken during such coverage may be used in advertisements or publications by the organizers and exhibitors. Additionally, attendees may appear in video streams produced by the organizers and exhibitors. We ask for your understanding.
• At designated photo spots within the venue, please be considerate of others and take turns when taking photographs.
• Please refrain from touching any installations or displays while taking photographs.
• We prohibit any other actions that the company deems to interfere with the operation of the event.
• Participants who are elementary school age or younger must participate together with a companion aged 18 or older. If the participation conditions are not met, the application will be canceled.
• Guests with physical disability, in poor health condition, pregnant, using an assistance dog, or requiring special consideration should notify us at the time of application. We will accommodate such requests to the extent possible. Any costs for special measures taken by JTB on your behalf based on your request will be borne by you. If you have concerns about participating due to a chronic illness or other health condition, or if you are injured, be sure to consult your regular physician before applying.
• Depending on the situation, we may (for solo participants) request that you be accompanied by a companion or request the submission of a physician's medical certificate (or permission letter) or a medical questionnaire. According to the condition, we may decline your participation.

Participation in a Wheelchair

• Even when 2 guests stay in a room together, there may be situations in which one king-sized bed and an extra bed/sofa bed are provided.
• Requests for smoking or non-smoking rooms cannot be accommodated.
• Depending on the type of room, some hotels may not have a bathtub, even if the room is of the same rank. Some hotels may not have refrigerators or safety box available, either. We kindly ask for your understanding.
• Please note that guests who request a single room may be provided with a single room, a double room for single use, or a twin room for single use.
• Some hotels may provide only one room key for twin rooms.
• We do not accept hotel designations or requests. Decisions will be made by JTB.
• Check-in and check-out times vary by hotel.
