Our Chef would teach you how to make sushi. It takes about an hour. After making sushi, you can eat sushi and other dishes (assorted tempura, miso soup) as a course menu.
*If you would like, you can wear a kappogi(traditional Japanese apron) while making sushi.

Nishiki Market
Nishiki Market, established 400 years ago, is said to be "the kitchin of Kyoto" because almost any fresh ingredient can be found here. Enjoy strolling around this market and negotiating or communicating with the sellers!
